”—What even happened? Sit down, I’ll help you out.”

Swallowing thickly, Sherlock looked at Molly for a moment to make sure, but then he glanced back at her arm. He hoped that it wouldn’t hurt her too much, but he knew better than that. After a few moments, he moved quickly, but it took longer than he wanted it to to pop it back into place. When it was done, his hands remained firmly placed on her arm to make sure it wouldn’t get any further injuries. “You really should have gone to one of the nurses, though, Molly. I’m not exactly the best person to go to when you need help with these things.”

Not being able to help the sound of pain which left her, Molly’s good arm instinctively reached out to Sherlock, not quite trusting herself yet. “Is it done?” she gasped, still not wanting to look yet. She trusted Sherlock fully with this, knowing him well enough to know he could easily do this. “I may need some ice as well. Not too sure.”

“Had a feeling it would be something like that.” He mumbled under his breath, shifting a little and being careful of not moving her arm too much. “Just take a deep breath and tell me when you’re ready for me to sort this out.” He had a feeling she’d tell him to do it right then, but he had dealt with these things before- and he knew that it would hurt.

With his hands in place, Molly knew it would happen soon and she also knew it would hurt. “Now… Just do it…” There was a slight tone of hesitation in her voice, but there was no point in waiting to do it. To get it over and done with would be the best option. “I’m ready for it.” Focusing her eyes on him, she dared not look down at her arm, preferring not to see what he was about to do. “Make it quick, please.”

“Are you sure that you just fell?” Sherlock frowned, and he quietly moved to stand right beside Molly, his hand very lightly taking hold of her arm, and his other hand resting just near her shoulder, or at least where it should be located. “I’m sorry if this hurts.”

Sherlock seemed to doubt her and perhaps Molly could understand why. It had been a little more than a fall, but she did not want him thinking the worst of her now. “Maybe stairs were involved… I’m fine though. It’s just this.” Perhaps that was a lie as well, but all she could hope was that he would not notice at all.

“—You fell and somehow dislocated your shoulder, too?” Sherlock believed her of course, but he had feeling that she had done more than fall. He sighed, and went towards her, frowning. “Okay, just stay standing then. Did you get hurt anywhere else?”

“I don’t think so… Nothing else seems to hurt.” With her arm poking out at an odd angle, it was not too shocking did not notice any other pain now. “Maybe something on my legs, they feel a bit sore as well.”

“I fell…” Wincing in pain, she moved slowly across the room, but was unable to find a way she could sit down without causing herself too much pain. “I can’t sit.”
